スマートで健康的かつ持続可能な建物のグローバルリーダーであるジョンソンコントロールズ（NYSE: JCI）は、産業・商業用モノのインターネット（IoT）ソリューション向けエッジAIソフトウェアの主要開発企業であるFogHorn社の買収を完了しました。
ジョンソンコントロールズ 最高技術責任者（CTO）のビジェイ・サンカランは「エッジデバイス*レベルでインテリジェンスを適用し、安全かつ実用的な分析をリアルタイムで提供することによって、より一層の付加価値が生み出されています。当社がOpenBlueブランドで展開するソリューション全体に、FogHorn社の世界トップクラスのエッジAIを統合することで、継続的に学習、適応し環境や人々のニーズに自動的に対応する自律性の高いスマートビル実現に向けた、当社のビジョンを加速します」と述べています。
