■ 契約締結の概要
本件では、年間80万トンの輸出米生産を目的とした生産用地を確保し、フィリピン産輸出米の大規模生産に合意いたしました。あわせて、以下の調達・生産契約を締結しております。
・鶏肉貿易契約
・牛肉（和牛相当品質）輸出生産契約
・ラムおよびマトン生産契約
・豚肉生産契約
これらの契約締結により、フィリピンにおける農業・畜産分野の経済波及効果は、今後5年間で総額3,000億フィリピン・ペソ規模に達する見込みです。
■ 電力事業および物流インフラ開発
本プロジェクトで必要となる電力供給については、関係パートナーと共同で電力事業を実施し、安定供給体制を構築いたします。農業・畜産生産の拡大に伴うエネルギー需要に対応することで、持続可能な生産基盤を整備いたします。

Large-Scale Agricultural and Livestock Development Agreements Concluded in the Philippines
Establishment of an Annual 800,000-Ton Export Rice Production System and Meat Production Framework; Estimated Economic Impact of 300 Billion Pesos Over Five Years
Tokushima Auction Market Corporation (Head Office: 4-1-38 Kitaokinosu, Tokushima City, Tokushima 770-0872, Japan, Tokushima City Central Wholesale Market; Representative Director: Yoshihisa Arai) has completed verification of business feasibility and the selection of local partners based on agricultural and fisheries development projects and related investigations conducted in the Philippines since fiscal year 2021. On February 8, 2026, the Company formally executed multiple development agreements.
■ Overview of the Agreements
Under these agreements, land has been secured for the purpose of producing 800,000 tons of export rice annually, and large-scale production of Philippine export rice has been agreed upon. In addition, the following procurement and production agreements have been concluded:
• Chicken trade agreement
• Beef (Wagyu-equivalent quality) export production agreement
• Lamb and mutton production agreement
• Pork production agreement
As a result of the execution of these agreements, the economic impact in the agricultural and livestock sectors in the Philippines is projected to reach a total of 300 billion Philippine pesos over the next five years.
■ Power Generation and Logistics Infrastructure Development
In order to ensure stable power supply necessary for these agricultural and livestock production activities, the Company will jointly undertake a power generation business with relevant partners and establish a stable energy supply framework. This will support the growing energy demand associated with expanded production and ensure a sustainable production foundation.
Furthermore, development of an international logistics system in the Mindanao region has commenced, enhancing export hub functions and strengthening the supply chain. Through these initiatives, the Company will establish a stable supply system to Japan and other Asian markets.
