100％プラントベースのアメリカンベイクショップ「ovgo Baker（オブゴベイカー）」は、人気商品「グーイークッキー」の新フレーバー3種類を、2026年10月1日（木）よりovgo Baker BBB (虎ノ門店）にて発売します。
今回登場するのは、「抹茶ラテ」「キャラメルポップコーン」「バースデーショートケーキ」の3種類。いずれもBBB限定のレギュラーフレーバーとして販売します。
手のひらサイズにおいしさを詰め込んだ「グーイークッキー」
ovgo Bakerのグーイークッキーは、一般的なクッキーとはひと味違う、まるで生クッキーのようなねっとり濃厚でやわらかな食感が特徴です。
手のひらほどの大きさでありながら、ずっしりとした重みと厚みがあり、食べ応えもたっぷり。手で割ると、中からソースやフィリングがとろりと溢れ出します。
あたたかくとろけるソースと濃厚で柔らかいクッキー生地が合わさった、リッチで満足感のある味わいをお楽しみいただけます。
BBB限定商品から、ovgo Bakerを代表するクッキーへ
ovgo Bakerのグーイークッキーの原点は、2024年10月にBBB限定で発売した「スーパーグーイークッキー」です。
チョコチップをたっぷり混ぜ込んだ厚みのあるクッキー生地に、濃厚なチョコレートソースを包み込んだスーパーグーイークッキー。手のひらほどの大きさとずっしりとした重み、まるで生クッキーのようなねっとりやわらかな食感、そして手で割った瞬間に中からチョコレートソースがとろりと溢れ出す、見た目も味もインパクトのある一枚です。
開発時に目指したのは、「プラントベースだから」だからではなく、シンプルにおいしさや食感そのものに驚き、楽しんでもらえるクッキーです。当初はBBB限定の商品としてスタートしましたが、一枚でもしっかりと満足できるリッチな味わいと、温めたときのとろけるような食感が支持され、少しずつファンを増やしてきました。
スーパーグーイークッキーの人気を受け、その特徴的な厚みや、クッキー生地とトッピングを自由に組み合わせられる魅力を活かした新たなフレーバーも誕生しました。春の「キャロットケーキグーイークッキー」や夏の「チョコミントグーイークッキー」など、季節ごとに異なるグーイークッキーを展開してきました。
BBB限定の一商品から始まったグーイークッキーは、現在では定番の「インポッシブルチョコレートチップクッキー」などと並び、ovgo Bakerらしさを象徴するシグネチャーシリーズのひとつになりつつあります。お客様からの好評を受け、その人気の高さから、BBB限定商品から販売店舗を拡大し、現在ではMeiji St.やEdo St.を含む、ovgo Bakerの全店舗でお楽しみいただける商品となりました。

popular Gooey Cookie at ovgo Baker BBB starting Thursday, October 1, 2026.
The three new flavors are Matcha Latte, Caramel Popcorn, and Birthday Shortcake. All
three will be available as BBB-exclusive regular flavors.
“Gooey Cookie” — A palm-sized treat packed with deliciousness
ovgo Baker’s Gooey Cookie has a rich, soft, and irresistibly chewy texture that sets it apart
from a typical cookie, giving it a fresh, unbaked feeling. Despite being about the size of your palm, each cookie is thick and satisfyingly substantial. Break one open by hand and you’ll
find chocolate filling slowly oozing out from the center.

From a BBB-exclusive item to an iconic ovgo Baker cookie
The origins of ovgo Baker’s Gooey Cookie can be traced back to the Super Gooey Cookie,
which was first launched as a BBB-exclusive item in October 2024.
When developing the cookie, the goal was to create something that customers would enjoy
not simply because it was plant-based, but because they would be genuinely surprised and
delighted by its rich flavor and texture. It originally began as an experimental BBB-exclusive product, but its indulgent flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture quickly earned it a growing
fanbase.
Following the popularity of the Super Gooey Cookie, new flavors were created to build on its signature style and the appeal of combining different cookie doughs and toppings. Seasonal varieties have since been introduced, including the Carrot Cake Gooey Cookie in spring
and the Chocolate Mint Gooey Cookie in summer.
The Gooey Cookie has since grown into one of ovgo Baker’s signature series, alongside long time favorites such as the Impossible Chocolate Chip Cookie, and has become a defining
part of what makes ovgo Baker unique. Eventually, its popularity led to the transition from a
BBB-exclusive product to an item that is now available at all ovgo Baker stores, including
Meiji and Edo, thanks to the positive reception received by customers.
Now, to give everyone even more ways to enjoy the appeal of the Gooey Cookie, three new flavors are joining the lineup: Matcha Latte, Caramel Popcorn, and Birthday Shortcake.
